Privacy policy

This notice explains how Enhanced Productions handles personal information when you browse this website or contact us about business support and computer training.

Last updated: 21 September 2026

Who to contact

Enhanced Productions is responsible for the information it receives through its enquiries and services. For privacy questions or requests, email EnhancedPro26@gmail.com, call 076 422 8913, or write to 4691 Mafoko Street, Ikageng, Potchefstroom, South Africa. Please mark your enquiry “Privacy request”.

Information you choose to provide

Business enquiries ask for your name, phone number, requested service, preferred contact method and message. Training enquiries also ask for your surname, email address, selected course and preferred intake; additional information is optional. We receive the details you send when you contact us by WhatsApp, email or telephone.

Providing an enquiry is voluntary. Fields marked as required are needed to prepare the relevant message; without sufficient contact details we may be unable to respond or arrange the requested service. You can also contact us directly instead of using a form. Please do not include identity numbers, passwords, bank details, tax documents or other sensitive information in an initial enquiry.

How the WhatsApp forms work

The forms prepare a message on your device and open a WhatsApp link containing the details you entered. Opening that link passes the prepared text to WhatsApp to handle. Enhanced Productions receives your message only when you choose to send it. Preparing a message does not confirm enrolment or acceptance of an application.

The website has no enquiry database and does not intentionally save form entries in browser storage. The WhatsApp link may appear in your browser history. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, contact us by phone or email.

Why information is used

Information supplied in an enquiry is used to respond, discuss your requirements, arrange requested services or training, and maintain relevant correspondence. Processing must have an applicable basis under South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), such as your consent, steps towards a requested agreement, a legal obligation, or a legitimate interest in responding to and managing enquiries. An enquiry is not a subscription to marketing messages.

Website logs and cookies

The website’s own code does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not include an analytics tracking service. The hosting service may record technical access and security logs, such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information and request times, to operate and protect the website. Your browser and services you open from links may use their own storage or cookies.

Other services and sharing

WhatsApp handles messages, Gmail handles email sent to our published address, and the directions link opens Google Maps. These providers process information under their own privacy terms and may process it outside South Africa. See WhatsApp’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy before choosing those services.

Information needed to handle an enquiry may be accessed by the relevant business or training team and the service providers used for that communication. Any further disclosure must be necessary for the requested service, authorised by you, or required or permitted by law. This notice concerns website enquiries; additional information about processing should be provided if you proceed with a service requiring further documents.

Retention and security

Enquiry information should be kept only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, provide a requested service, resolve a dispute or meet an applicable legal recordkeeping requirement. The appropriate period depends on the record and service. You may ask about retention of your particular information or request deletion where applicable.

No website or messaging service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your devices and accounts secure and use the contact details above to report a privacy concern. Please contact us before sending sensitive documents so an appropriate method can be agreed.

Your choices and rights

Subject to POPIA and applicable exceptions, you may ask whether we hold your personal information, request access or correction, request deletion of information that should no longer be held, object to qualifying processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Withdrawal does not undo lawful processing that has already occurred. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request; please do not send identity documents with an initial request.

The site includes photographs of learners and community activities. If you appear in a photograph and have a concern about its use, contact us with the page address and a description of the photograph so we can review it.

Complaints and updates

You may raise a concern with us or lodge a complaint with South Africa’s Information Regulator. POPIA complaints can be emailed to POPIAComplaints@inforegulator.org.za. You do not have to contact us first to approach the Regulator.

This notice may be updated when the website or its enquiry process changes. The date above identifies the latest version.
